With over two decades of experience in hospitality and facilities management, Bhavi transitioned into the real estate industry in mid-2020. Starting with one of Auckland, New Zealand’s largest agencies, Bhavi quickly made a name for himself as both a Property Manager and Business Development Manager. His expertise further expanded when he relocated to Christchurch, where he worked with boutique real estate firms, sharpening his knowledge in property management. Most recently, Bhavi led the property management team at Najib Real Estate as Senior Property Manager, overseeing operations with a keen eye for detail and service excellence.

Outside of work, Bhavi channels his passion for cooking, thanks to his background as a chef, and enjoys exploring wines. A dedicated family person, he spends his free time traveling (having visited 19 countries across 5 continents), playing video games with his kids, swimming, and watching cricket. Always looking for ways to unwind, Bhavi can often be found binge-watching his favorite show, Two and a Half Men.
